Must every skincare product be the same brand?
A matching shelf is optional; understanding each product matters more.

Adding a RIMAN serum does not automatically mean replacing a cleanser that already suits you. A complete line and a mixed routine are both choices to consider individually.
Before adding a product, ask three questions: does my current product suit me, does the new one repeat a purpose, and where do its directions place it in my routine?
Different brands are not universally compatible or incompatible. The actual formula, directions and your skin’s response matter. Introduce a new product cautiously and test a small area as advised by the American Academy of Dermatology.
If redness, itching or swelling develops, gently wash off the product and stop using it. Seek a dermatologist’s advice for severe or persistent symptoms. Keep useful products and add only what has a clear role; changing every label is not the goal.
These articles use the Director’s Taiwan ICD routine as an example. Product names, formulas, sets and directions can differ by market. Check the packaging and your local official RIMAN store before use or purchase.
