RIMAN skincare order: which bottle goes first?
Eight steps can help explain a routine, but they are not a shopping list.

The Director’s example runs: Cleansing Oil → Cleansing Powder → Two-Phase Oil Mist → Calming Balance Gel → Dermatology Booster → Dermatology Serum → the same Booster again → Dermatology Cream. Eight positions do not mean eight different bottles.
First sort what you already own by purpose: removing makeup, cleansing, preparation and moisturizing. Lighter-to-richer texture is a useful starting point, while the product’s own directions take priority.
The mist in step three is not the Booster in steps five and seven. Keep their names clear when comparing products; similar packaging does not make them interchangeable.
Keep products that suit you. Check repeated roles and missing steps before adding another bottle. This personal example does not require everyone to follow eight steps or replace an entire routine.
These articles use the Director’s Taiwan ICD routine as an example. Product names, formulas, sets and directions can differ by market. Check the packaging and your local official RIMAN store before use or purchase.
